If you wish to register your child, please complete the Registration Form on the right sidebar of this page and return together with a non-refundable registration fee of £50.00.
If you wish to visit the nursery before registering your child, please telephone to arrange an appointment.
Payment of the registration fee would guarantee your child's place on our waiting list.
Spaces cannot be guaranteed if our register is full, however we will endeavor to place your child as and when a vacancy becomes available.
All Fees are due and payable in advance on or before the first day of each month. Fees are payable by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cheque or Cash. Monthly fees are calculated by multiplying the weekly fees by 52 weeks and dividing by 12 months.
A deposit of one week fees must be paid to the nursery prior to a child's settling-in period. The deposit will be used as the child's last week fees in the setting.
Note: The deposit is non-refundable.
If you wish to pay by cheque the nursery must receive it in advance for the cheque to be cleared before the start of the week / month you are paying for.
When paying by direct debit the child's name should be referenced with each payment.
Fees are revised annually by the start of the financial year. If a child changes fee brackets, for example due to age, this will take effect from the first of the following month.
The fees take into account closure days so that the Nursery is able to receive one flat rate per month.
There may be exceptional circumstances under which the Nursery needs to close at short notice for the safety of the children. Under circumstances beyond the Nursery's control, e.g extreme weather or third parties, fees will still be payable.
Full fees are payable during periods of a child's absence for holidays, illness (private and bank holidays). Please be aware the entire fees is due regardless of your child's attendance at the nursery.
From the school term, after a child's third birthday, they are entitled up to 15 hours per week free Government Childcare Funding. This is applied for by the Nursery and is reflected in our fees.
Sibling discount applies, if children attend the nursery full-time (Does not apply to children on Free Government Funding)
Outstanding fees that are over 30 days late will incur a surcharge of £25.00
Any cheque or direct debit returned from the bank will incur £30.00 administration charge.
Destiny Kids Nursery reserves the right to use the company debt recovery firm to recover any outstanding debt.
Whenever possible the Nursery will try to accommodate a child's need to swap or increase their regular days at the Nursery. However, this will depend on available capacity.
One calendar months' written notice should be given to withdraw your child / children from the setting. Please note that verbal notices are un acceptable.
